PtEngland Picnic

On Friday the 1st of march 2013 there was a school picnic down at Pt England reserve if I was to choose 3 thing we were doing as a school I would choose swimming,Games,and Lunch.

(Swimming) I liked swimming because we got to jump of the rock and do big bombs of the rock my best part about swimming is when we played rugby with my friends in the water while every one was having a great time bombing of the rock,the thing that was boring about swimming it we only got to have like 15 minutes each in the water but any ways we still had fun swimming down at the beach.

(Games) If I was to describe the games that we played I would say extraordinary because when I look to my right and left I can see lots of games on and every body being positive and working as a team to succeed what there doing as friends.

         (Lunch) My favorite part about my lunch it eating fish and chip with family down at the reserve near the car part my favorite thing was eating the fish and eating the chicken with chips .

Tuakana/Teina Reading(Big Brother and little sister, or big sister and little brother

Every Tuesday, room 19 goes down to library to read with the kids in room 9 my best part about reading with my Tuakana Teina is reading with my partner Junior, Junior likes to try hard at new words that he hadn't heard or read before my other reason why I like about junior he listens carefully to what I'm reading to him and he also listens for words that he hadn't heard before, but what he needs to do is try not to call out any kind of words but any ways he's good at listening that's the reason why I like about Junior.

Tuakana Teina mean older brother or older sister for example if I am older than my sister then I am a  Tuakana, but if you are a older sister you are also a Tuakana, if you are a little boy you are a Teina and if you are a little brother you are also a Teina.
